January 4th 2026

Salad: Pear and blue cheese salad
Appetizer: Spinach and cheese stuffed mushrooms
Main dish: Smoked salmon with a sweet chili glaze served with cilantro lime jasmine rice and our steamed lookout blend vegetables seasoned
Dessert: Lemon velvet cake with a vanilla lemon glaze

 

February 15th 2026

Soup- zuppa Toscana
Appetizer- Strawberry ricotta bruschetta on crostini’s
Main dish- Beef tenderloin with a red wine sauce served with, Parmesan white wine risotto and honey garlic baby carrots

Appetizer: Cabbage rolls
Main dish: Bangers and mashed with onion gravy and brown sugar buttered carrots
Dessert: Rich chocolate cake with a mint frosting

Main dish: Smoked bobs rub pork chop  served with fresh green beans and twice baked potatoes
